Custom Underwear Based on Confirmed Specifications
Fibrena Underwear develops custom boxer briefs, trunks and briefs for importers, wholesalers, private label brands, retail chains and e-commerce programs. A project can begin from a tech pack, physical reference sample, product photo or one of our existing styles.
Before quoting or sampling, we review the product construction, target fabric, size range, order quantity, waistband, branding and packaging. This helps identify which details can use established production options and which require new material sourcing, pattern adjustment or artwork development.
Our custom service is specification-led. Each confirmed detail is recorded before bulk production so the approved sample can be used as the production reference.
Product Style, Size and Fit Development
Custom development may cover boxer briefs, trunks, briefs, pouch constructions, different leg lengths and selected seamless or sports styles. Buyers should provide a size chart, grading rules or a reference garment whenever possible.
Fabric stretch and recovery can affect waist, hip, rise, leg opening and overall fit. A pattern that works in cotton/spandex may require adjustment when changed to modal or a lightweight stretch blend. Our custom size and fit development process therefore reviews the material and construction together rather than treating size as a separate label change.
Fit comments and measurement revisions should be completed during sampling. The approved measurements and tolerance then become part of the bulk-production specification.
Fabric, Material and Color Confirmation
Our material-led range includes cotton and combed cotton, modal blends, bamboo-derived regenerated cellulose blends, lightweight fabrics commonly marketed as ice silk, and polyester/spandex options. Exact composition, GSM, hand feel, opacity, stretch and recovery should be confirmed for each order.
Color can be selected from available fabric options or developed against a Pantone reference where the order quantity and material conditions allow. Custom dyeing may increase the fabric MOQ and preparation time. Shade approval is completed before production, but slight differences may occur between screen displays, lab references and finished fabric.

Custom Logo, Waistband and Private Label Details
Branding can include a plain or logo waistband, printed or jacquard repeat artwork, main labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags and approved logo placement on the garment.
For waistband development, buyers should provide vector artwork, target colors, preferred width and repeat dimensions. Logo proportion, clarity when stretched, elastic recovery and the waistband joining position are reviewed during sampling. Complex jacquard designs or specially developed elastics may require a higher MOQ and longer preparation time.

Packaging for Wholesale and Retail Programs
Packaging can be planned for wholesale cartons, individual products, multipacks or retail-ready programs. Available options may include transparent polybags, paper bands, printed packs, retail boxes, size stickers, barcodes, SKU labels and shipping marks.
Buyers should confirm the pack quantity, folding method, artwork, barcode data, size and color assortment, carton requirements and destination labeling. Printed packaging can have a separate supplier MOQ, so packaging should be reviewed early rather than after garment production has started.

Sample Development and Pre-Production Approval
Stock samples usually require approximately 3–5 days. Custom samples normally require around 7–15 days, depending on fabric sourcing, pattern work, waistband artwork, labels and product construction. Sample cost and courier charges are quoted according to the actual development work.
The buyer should review fit, measurements, fabric, color, stitching, waistband, logo, labels and packaging. If revisions are required, the affected specifications are updated before another sample or pre-production sample is prepared.
Bulk production begins after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Standard orders normally require around 25–35 days, while more complex private label programs may require around 35–45 days.
MOQ, Bulk Production and Quality Control
Typical MOQ is approximately 500–1,000 pieces per style and color for standard programs. Private label orders commonly require around 1,000–3,000 pieces, depending on fabric, construction, color, waistband, labels and printed packaging. Size quantities can normally be planned within an approved style and color order, subject to production review.
During bulk production, checks cover incoming fabric, cutting accuracy, stitching, measurements, waistband attachment, branding, labels, appearance and packing. Finished goods are compared with the approved product and packing references. Buyer-nominated inspection or laboratory testing can also be coordinated when required.
